A Belated Post From Ryan's Visit

We spent a day at the Santa Barbara Zoo while Ryan was here. We went early which seemed to be key. Many of the animals that are usually sleeping behind the brush decided to show themselves in the cool of the early morning. It probably helped that is was feeding time.

Mine Mine Mine!!!

Adele has mastered the word "mine". However, she doesn't seem to understand that the dollhouse is not her own personal home and that no... she can not fit down the stairs. She likes to lay the little bed down on the floor and pretend to sleep in it. And I would like to mention that this photo solidifies my argument for needing to attach the dollhouse to the wall so it won't tip over.

3 Year Check-Up

Veda had her three year appointment last week. She was super excited that she got to wear 3D glasses and look at Dr.Kundell's bug book. He was checking to make sure she uses both eyes equally. She weighed in at 36lbs (90%) and her height was at 95%. She is wearing some 5 T clothing now and is just all around brilliant.

Happy 34th Birthday! I think he liked his present;)

All ready for Sea World

Sea World

On Friday night we decided to make a spontaneous trip down to San Diego to Sea World. Got there around 10pm and were at the front gate of Sea World by 9am. We saw some great shows (including 'Shampoo' the whale), fed the dolphins and held sea stars. The girls lasted till about 2pm and then we drove back to Camarillo.

This is how we spent the evening of Veda's Birthday last week. Followed by dinner at Bucca De Beppo. Which seemed like a good idea until Veda woke up vomiting which continued for four hours. She had food poisoning on her birthday - bummer!
