... the Home Depot.  Start the day with some mouse pancakes and off to Home Depot.  We really know how to do it up.

First Snow

Nov. 17, 2014.  First snow of the year and it was only the 2nd week of November.  About 6" in total and perfect snow ball & snowman making weather.  The girls haven't figured out how to use the fort to their advantage for snow ball fights, but I'm sure that will come soon.

Kathy in San Diego...

Fun with Didi

Kathy had a girls trip to San Diego, so Didi came out to help Friday night through Sunday.  Cold weekend, but lots of fun, hair braiding, old maid (the game not Didi), dinner dates and birthday parties for Adele.

Lego Fest in Indianapolis

Fun weekend with Kathy's old college roommate, Rebecca.  Spent the morning touring the lego exhibits and the afternoon swimming at the Embassy Suites pool.

So we went to see the Boxtrolls at the 10am showing (only ones in the theatre).

Halloween

Veda went as a white fox, Adele as 'Lava Girl' and Winston as Spider Man.  We also stepped up our game in the pumpkin carving area.

Lazy Days in the Treehouse

Spent coloring the floors and reading books.  It's pretty nice having a longer Fall (than we had up in Minneapolis).

3 Generations of Laabs Guys

Oct. 11, 2014.  BIG project with Didi and Papi in town.  Building a custom made treehouse.  With Papi's old carpenter skills, we were able to get this up in two days.  Completely over built, but it sure is awesome and the kids love it.  Always fun to do family projects like this.
