Growth Spurt?

This is the kid that once wouldn't eat a thing. Now I can't keep her full. This is a 12:30a snack attack after she woke up and started screaming EAT EAT EAT!!!! She downed a serving of applesauce, 2 hunks of cheese and a handful of nilla wafers.
