Our friends invited us to celebrate their birthdays with them at the Corner Table (farm to table restaurant) in Minneapolis. We reserved the back table - In the Kitchen!!! The chef presented us with each of the 12 courses followed by a pairing presentation by the owner. We got to watch him prepare everything and we were encouraged to ask questions. This was a night - and meal - to remember.
