We're a little behind on the blogging down here...I know, it's very stressful and time consuming sitting on the beach all day drinking cervezas and margharitas. The other night we went out to Don Sanchez restaurant (originally named Dirty Sanchez, but then changed shortly after for obvious reasons.) This was Kathy's favorite restaurant of the entire trip....mainly because they offered free salsa lessons on Thursday (she insists we go back tomorrow.)
